Respecting Time—Yours & Ours
When you schedule an appointment with Dr. Tadros, that time is reserved exclusively for you. Late cancellations or missed appointments limit our ability to accommodate other patients who may be waiting for care. As a courtesy to our practice and fellow patients, we kindly ask that any changes to your appointment be made in a timely manner.

Fees for Late Cancellation or No-Show
To offset the disruption caused by missed appointments, the following fees may apply:
- Consultation no-show or late cancellation: A fee may be charged if proper notice is not provided.
- Procedure cancellation within 72 hours: A deposit or prepayment may be forfeited, or a cancellation fee may be applied.
These policies help us maintain the efficiency and quality of care that every patient deserves.
