Center for Sinus, Sleep and Facial Plastic Surgery and Dr. Monica Tadros accepts to work with most health care plans with out-of-network benefits, including most POS and PPO insurance plans. Once you have provided us with your insurance information, our office will verify your benefits, confirm our ability to work with your insurance plan and provide an estimate of your out-of-pocket costs.

Payment, including that for insurance copays and non-covered services, is discussed in advance of your treatment and is expected at the time of the visit. For your convenience, we also accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards and checks. If you qualify, we offer Care Credit financing options for procedures.

We accept most POS and PPO insurances as an out-of-network provider only.
